The Amirim neighborhood was approved by the Ministry of Construction and Housing in 2021, as part of hundreds of additional housing units approved for the city. The neighborhood is located in the West Ariel direction, near the Ariel-West Industrial Zone (about 5 km from the center of the urban mass).
Note: the "Ariel-West" industrial zone and the "Amirim" residential neighborhood are two different things located close to one another — don't confuse the terms when searching.
