When to Typically Expect More Deals
Shopping centers with a supermarket and fashion-chain anchor, like Mega Or Ariel, tend to pick up the pace of deals around recurring dates on the calendar:
- Rosh Hashanah and Sukkot — food and holiday-supply deals, along with fashion ahead of the holidays.
- Hanukkah — deals on toys, gifts, and small appliances across various chains.
- Purim — costumes, candy, and party supplies.
- Passover — one of the busiest seasons for the anchor supermarket, with deals on cleaning products and Passover-kosher items.
- Late summer / summer vacation and back-to-school — deals on school supplies and fashion ahead of the new year, especially relevant given the mall's proximity to the university campus.
This is a general trend seen at similar malls across the country, not confirmation that a specific deal will run on a given date at Mega Or Ariel.
