The Mega Or Rami Levy mall is Ariel's main shopping center, located at 6 HaBanai St., alongside Ron Nachman Boulevard. The building includes two retail floors covering roughly 11,700 sq. m. in total, along with a 7-story office tower adding another 7,000 sq. m. or so. The mall is managed by Mega Or Holdings, in partnership with the business division of Rami Levy Real Estate.
The mall's central anchor is a Rami Levy supermarket branch, surrounded by additional chains in fashion, footwear, and services. The mall functions both as a day-to-day hub for residents and as a shopping destination for the entire western Samaria region.
Who the Mall Serves
According to the operating company, the mall draws roughly 60,000 potential customers from Ariel and the surrounding area, as well as about 16,000 students studying at Ariel University and the nearby technological college. Its proximity to the campus makes the mall a convenient destination both for a quick lunch between classes and for weekend shopping trips by local families.
